Each seminar will include lectures, discussions, interactions with others, cooking demonstrations, food testings, basic personal chef training, and business development tips. You will also learn the foundation of our exclusive “Healthy Chefs” techniques as well as the basic of nutrition and the latest scientific information on health.

Credential:
After successfully completing all the tasks from the seminar, you will
become a “Certified Healthy Chef” or “CHC”.
